I started this program to get back into shape after years of being told to not do activity cause of a heart issue. Ive tried every workout program you have seen on TV, but after the first week I stopped, and found excuses to not work out.
Now, i find excuses to go outside and run. I am on week 7 of the plan, which is the furthest ive done by a longshot. It has helped me run further, get my depression under control, and has given me something to do with my time. If you want to learn to run distances, try this app. If you want to sit on a couch in a week trying something else.
